This volume contains abstracts of wills for Sonoma County, California for the years 1850 through 1900. Records are arranged alphabetically by surname of testator and include the names of witnesses and persons mentioned in the will, residence of the deceased, age of the deceased at the time the will was signed (when available), and ages of children at the time of probate (when available). Original copies of these wills are kept in the Sonoma County Archives. A full name index lists names that differ from the surname of the testator.
